I regret asking suddenly. [He grabs his keys and he hauls Dave out of the house and toward the car.] The train station in Viea Village isn't that far. Like. It's new and that alone is weird, but I'm just accepting everything at this point.

Whatever, you know you'll do it. [ dave lets himself be dragged and automatically waits for john to get the door as he keeps talking. ] Rolling with things is the best policy here.

After a while I think we all kind of got over thinking this place was weird. [He opens the door, ushers Dave in, and gets in himself to drive.] I've talked to a few people I haven't met before who seem to think the same thing.

I gave Eren Rose's walkthrough to read before we all got sucked into whatever this is, so I was re-reading it, too. You're right. Home was probably worse because we had people watching us constantly.
