Ems may have somethin' of use, but we won't know until after the trial. The three of us can talk about it...Sunday, maybe? But I'll at least try to see if I can figure out some more roles before then to give you more options on what to do.

Not yet. She told me she can only do whatever it is after someone dies, and that her rules said not to chat about it.

[ and since he straight up did not care what her role was so much as "hey kid don't tell people your role/let me be on your team plz" he didn't press. ]

So it's either gonna be super useful or super esoteric. You can copy a skill, item, or weapon - that means that all the roles have to fall into one of those three categories. So we all three probably qualify as skill roles.

There have to be roles that can help keep people safe, maybe. Or roles to help figure shit out. If we're goin' based off of "these rules are to keep things interestin'". And I say that with no small amount of sarcasm.

[ Well, Clem wants to look after Emily whether she even had a role or not, so she guesses this doesn't change much. Interesting that her rules say not to talk about it.

I hadn't thought about it, but I guess... Yeah. If I can copy those different kinds of things, that means that there are people who have items that the rest of us don't.

Right. I think it's safe to assume everyone has a role, and it's one of those three things. But that means there are "items" that aren't weapons, which might be useful somehow.

[ for...WHATEVER REASON? finding an item or weapon role to give to clem will probably make this easier to speculate on. ]

I'll keep you updated on anythin' I learn about roles or whatever else, at any rate. If we're lucky, we can find you a really good one. There has to be someone here with somethin' that's like, A+ rank or whatever.
