I'm extremely cautious and guarded and I only fully trust the family,
Which I'll admit is a bit of extended family,
But that's a handful of people, who I've either known as long as I've known anyone, or whose life and well-being are so highly mutually dependent with my own that our well-being can be considered collective, at least so far as external threats go.
I am not otherwise trusting.

I can't tell if you're dodging or genuinely don't know on this one. I'm theorizing dodging because there isn't a long ramble while you try to work out what you mean, but it's always a bit of a toss-up.
