I usually work around my school schedule. I'm the assistant manager? Apparently.

Ah, that would explain it. I am usually at work during the daytime ever since graduation. So, we have not had as much time to work together. [She chuckled softly.] He is quite the informal sort, is he not?

Mikorin? Yeah, holy shit, he's like the least formal boss I've ever had. Which is for sure not a complaint, because...I'm not one for formality myself, really?

It is not necessarily a bad thing. So long as someone makes sure that the accounting is handled, and employees are paid properly, there is not much to worry about, is there?

I mean, you won't get any complaints from me, like I said. It's pretty much hands down the best place I've ever worked. Mostly because the boss is so chill with things. I mean, not that I use it to slack off, but...it makes you want to work harder when you work for someone nice, I think? At the very least it does for me.

Yes, I think that I understand. He does breed a certain loyalty amongst us, does he not? We want to support him so that it continues to be such a positive place. After all, if we didn't, maybe it would be gone forever, and that would be a shame.

I'm not sure he even realizes it. But hey - that's the best kind of leader. The one who doesn't really realize they are a leader.

So long as they aren't being too foolish, but again. It is what we are here for, so I suppose together we make a good leader and team. [She smiled.] I rather like that image, actually. It suits us all.

I mean, we wear the matchin' aprons and all, we may as well think of ourselves as a team?

Might as well make use of the accouterments we are offered, yes? And if they build solidarity, so much the better. I think everyone seems to be happy with the team at the very least.

Yeah, I don't disagree - though on that note...I should probably head out. I have a shift at the booth pretty soon.
