I have a quantity of faith. I have a larger quantity of past experience with your health choices. But I do have faith you won't do anything that would worry me if I found out, since you've said that you won't. It's good.
[Dirk is making a choice to believe Dave won't break a promise to him after explicitly saying it. So he's okay.]
Imagine a good, full day of doing things. Physical things, like working on the farm, or intellectual ones like studying, Work that's satisfying and enjoyable, or fun like messin' around with music. You feel really content with everything you've done but you still have things to do tomorrow and that's exciting too. Then you come home and relax for maybe an hour or two before we do dinner. You could do more, yes, but you want to rest and tone it down to easier activities. You've worked as much as you would ever ask anyone you love to work. That's what isn't too tired.
no i mean it sounds nice i just the reasons it makes me wary are probably why youre logically the right one here theres no reason to not commit to that kind of schedule

I remember.
That is exactly why I want to check over your schedule before we implement anything.
[because Dave will OVERBOOK HIMSELF and then use loops to carry it off! which is not ok]

[He'll accept this once it is clarified that 'not overbooked' in Dave's terms doesn't mean 'no more than seven loops a day']

making myself too tired or stressed out

What does 'too' mean here as a qualifier?
[See this is it. This is why Dirk is bossy.]

Yeah, that's fine.
As long as you don't book yourself so much that I'd get mad at you for it we're good.

no subject
God that sounds stupid. Yet it is what it is.
Tuesday nights things help on my end, so it feels like we're ok.
