I mean... not permanently. You can be optimistic about me all you like, but if he's still... there, for lack of a better term, then you're just wasting your time. I only have an idea of what he's like, but I know he's worse than I am. He comes back again and there's no point in even trying to believe I'm good. I believe I already told you my contingency plan, anyway, back sometime when you were visiting me.

That doesn't mean anything. One of my psychiatrists at the hospital said something like... if my alternate personality is real, he still came from somewhere. That was part of therapy, trying to put him back so he wasn't separate anymore. He's not really me but he came from my mind... My memories seem to imply something similar.

Dude. I mean that it's genuinely not some secret side of you entirely - like, yeah, maybe those are things you think and feel. But what you do when some crazy alternate persona takes over - it's your responsibility, sure. But it ain't indicative of being you. What you can do, probably, is learn to hold onto your chill. I think you losin' your temper gave whoever the fuck a foothold.
