So what are the pros and cons?

Natalie's pros were not living with her family and having freedom to do stuff whenever and I kind of agree. My pros are living with a bunch of cool people. The cons are that we have zero space, our floormates can be kind of loud sometimes, and we can't have a digital piano or a darkroom.

Usually you have to actually suggest a subject change if you want one. As in, offer one up?

I know right? What if we don't like the house after four years? We'd have to uproot the dumb thing and take it with us.

It would just be a little tree, we can get ones that don't grow really tall but still bear fruit. And I have planted trees before, it's not that hard.
