When I was first learning to write music I'd try to mimic the stuff I heard playing in stores and on TV. I taught myself a few different genres that way.
Honoka-chan, actually. Souji and I met her when we were pretty young, right around the time our parents got divorced. She loved to make up songs and sing for us. She was my inspiration for learning piano.
Somewhat. She's still very busy with her idol career, and it's harder to make plans when she no longer has the app. But, I make it a point to see her at least once a month or so, so we can catch up.
How have things been with your family, by the way? I remember you told me at least one of them didn't have the app. Your twin?

Mm. I don't know if you know him, but my friend Ryoji, he ... died, a few months ago, and then came back. He lost the app recently, and no longer remembers that at all. It's a reminder of just how surreal our circumstances really are.
