[ it's ok they didn't really need it anymore anyway? dave's point more or less got across, although karkat may go to rose later again anyway just to be sure that he actually understood the important parts. he figures that would be better than asking dave for further clarification lmao.

also see, kissing is much better than hickeys unless karkat is the one making the hickeys? cause in that case, the hickeys take priority. but unfortunately, karkat also is terrible at shutting up because this only lasts a moment before he has to pull slightly away. ]
