I can only hope. Self-defense only gets me so far against certain things. Maybe we need to form some kind of... defense force. If something goes wrong, we can assemble it and everyone fights off whatever it is.

That is something of a problem, yes. There's no point to forming an alliance if nobody can be counted on to show up reliably. Still, it's an idea if I can gather like-minded individuals. A sentai team... I'm familiar with the concept, I just don't know how it'd work. Although I get the sense, from the things I've seen, I'm the yellow one.
So I'm still searching, then. Perhaps I should put out a classified ad, on Retrospec or otherwise. "Athletic, noble-minded young woman seeks empowered and talented peers for sentai team to defend city. Message Alicia Clover on Retrospec for information. Serious inquiries only."
But what about the rest of the team? I can't just have a red, a yellow, and a pink. I suppose I could add something, though. "Also seeking leader. Must associate at least moderately with the color pink and be able to assume control of group within a reasonable time after joining."

But yes, business is a terrible thing to deal with. Color comes up when we're doing movie marketing, too - it's dictated what I'm wearing sometimes more than the script. I like the dresses well enough, but I feel like we need to find an excuse to branch out.
